Question:

What impact do your projects have on the environment and communities you work in?

Our unique engineering solutions enhance the safety and performance of complex chemical facilities. Identifying and remediating subsurface anomalies prior to the development of infrastructure related to fertilizer manufacturing facilities protects the health and safety of the public and the environment. This further allows our client to maintain their social license and operate safely and profitably.

Question:

How do you approach managing your team to support them to achieve outstanding results?

I try to foster motivation by valuing the contribution of every team member, capitalizing on the lessons learned from previous projects, and providing clear goals and expectations. We have an outstanding group of professionals, allowing us to leverage diverse skills within the team to solve problems collectively.

Question:

How do you maintain client satisfaction across a variety of complex projects?

It’s important to have a clear understanding of the requirements and goals of the client. I maintain constant communication during the project, involve the client with key decisions and milestones, and deliver high quality products on time and on budget.
