Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services include operating advice and assistance on a full range of administrative and management issues. This includes strategic and organizational planning, business process improvement, acquisition and grants management support, facilitation, surveys, assessment and improvement of financial management systems, financial reporting and analysis, and due diligence in validating an agency’s portfolio of assets.
SIN 611430, Professional and Management Development Training Services
Professional and Management Development Training services include an array of short duration courses and seminars for management and professional development. Training for career development may be provided directly to individuals or through employers’ training programs, and courses may be customized or modified to meet customers’ specific needs. Instruction may be provided in diverse settings and technologies.
SIN 541330ENG, Engineering Services
The Engineering Services area includes applying physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems. Note: Services under this SIN cannot include architect-engineer services as defined in the Brooks Act and FAR Part 2 or construction services as defined in FAR Parts 2 and 36.

Engineering System Design and Integration Services include creating and developing designs and specifications that optimize the use, value, and appearance of products. These services can include determination of the materials, construction, mechanisms, shape, color, and surface finishes of the product. Services consider human characteristics and needs, safety, market appeal, and efficiency in production, distribution, use, and maintenance.
SIN 54151S IT Professional Services
The scope of this IT SIN includes cognitive computing; conversion and implementation support; database planning and design; Internet of Things (IoT); IT project management; migration services of all kinds; network services; programming; resources and facilities management; and systems analysis, design, and implementation.
SIN 541614, Deployment, Distribution and Transportation Logistics Services
Deployment, Distribution and Transportation Logistics Services include deployment logistics, such as contingency planning; identifying/utilizing regional or global resources; integrating public and private sector resources; inventory and property planning; movement; storage; and end-to-end industrial relocation and expansion services. Distribution and Transportation Logistics Services also include planning and designing, implementing, or operating systems or facilities for the movement of supplies, equipment, or people by road, air, water, rail, or pipeline.

Supply and Value Chain Management Services include supply and value chain management, which involves all phases of the planning, acquisition, and management of logistics systems.
SIN 541715, Engineering Research and Development and Strategic Services
Engineering Research and Development and Strategic Planning Services include conducting research and experimental development (except nanotechnology and biotechnology research and experimental development) in the physical, engineering, and life sciences, including agriculture, technology and data, environmental, wildlife, health and medicine, including veterinary, and other allied subjects.

Facilities Support Services includes providing operating staff to perform a combination of support services within an agency’s facilities that includes planning, designing, managing, operating, and maintaining reliable and efficient systems, equipment, facilities, and logistics infrastructures to improve equipment and logistics performance and reduce lifecycle costs.
