Health and Wellness
Tetra Tech recognizes the importance of our employees’ mental and physical health in the office, in the field, and in their personal lives. We believe a healthy employee community is a thriving employee community.
Wellness
Our corporate Wellness Program provides global resources to support employees and their families to live healthy, balanced lives at work and at home. We enable our employees and their families to connect and share healthy habits and physical fitness activities through our global Healthy Life Community and our annual Healthy Life Challenge.
Health and Safety
Tetra Tech is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for all our employees and implementing best practices that comply with local regulatory requirements. We have robust and comprehensive health and safety programs, injury prevention programs, training, and hazard assessment tools. We track safety metrics for Lost Workday Incident Rate (LWDIR) and Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR). In 2023 our LWDIR was 73 percent better than industry average, and our TRIR also was 73 percent better than industry average.

Social Responsibility
Our employees lead our giving and volunteering efforts to preserve, strengthen, and support their local communities—from supporting food kitchens and holiday donation drives to river clean-ups and youth activities. We recognize those efforts in our annual Excellence & Achievement Award for Community Service, presented to those employees who have excelled in supporting their communities and people in need.
Tetra Tech partners annually with a charity or global organization to support communities in need around the world. In 2022 we partnered with Engineers Without Borders USA to bring safe and clean water to families in Eastern Uganda.
Our award-winning Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Program aims to promote and increase engagement in STEM subjects. Since its inception, the program has reached more than 20,400 people and is helping to grow the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
